The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Lalor 3+2+1 Dark Grey Recliner Package pairs the Lalor 3 Seater, 2 Seater and a matching Electric Leather Recliner Chair in dark grey genuine leather — seating six, five of whom can recline. Both seats on the 2 Seater, the chair, and the 3 Seater's two outer seats all recline independently at the touch of a button, while the 3 Seater's middle seat stays fixed and folds down to reveal its own cupholder console. Because all three pieces are made and shipped together, the dark grey comes from one leather batch — a match you can't count on when buying the pieces months apart.

Care instructions
Dust and wipe weekly
Wipe every piece over with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth to lift dust and body oils. Skip household cleaners, solvents and abrasive sponges — they can strip the protective finish.
Blot spills straight away
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — never rub, and don't soak the leather. For anything stubborn, use a dedicated leather cleaner and test a hidden spot first.
Keep out of direct sun & heat
Position every piece away from direct sunlight and heaters. Prolonged heat and UV can fade and dry genuine leather over time, leading to stiffness — worth minding through a QLD summer.
Condition every few months
Feed the leather with a Guardsman Leather Care Kit every 3–6 months to keep it supple, nourished and protected against drying and cracking — one kit covers the whole package.
