The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

A matching five-seat suite, from one leather hide batch
This Lagoon package pairs the 3 Seater and 2 Seater in black genuine leather, cut from the same hide batch and delivered as one order. Every reclining seat is a dual-motor electric recliner — one motor reclines the backrest and lifts the footrest, the other powers an adjustable headrest. The 3 Seater's middle seat is fixed, and its backrest folds flat into a drop-down console with two cup holders.
Guaranteed colour match
All two pieces are cut from the same genuine leather hide batch and delivered together, so the suite reads as one setup. Buying the pieces months apart cannot guarantee that.
Dual-motor recline, four of five seats
Four of five seats recline electrically — both seats of the 2 Seater and the 3 Seater's two end seats. The 3 Seater's middle seat is fixed.. Each reclining seat has its own in-arm button panel and runs on mains power, with no battery backup.
Drop-down console & LED cup holders
Drop-down middle console with 2 cup holders on the 3 Seater only. LED cup holders with internal storage in the outer armrests of both pieces. The 2 Seater has no middle console.

The whole suite arrives on a single delivery and can be assembled in one booking, rather than coordinating separate deliveries.

Care instructions
Dust regularly
Wipe over with a soft, dry microfibre cloth every week or two to lift surface dust before it works into the leather pores. Avoid rough cloths, paper towel and abrasive sponges.
Blot spills promptly
Catch spills fast — blot, never rub, with a clean white cloth. Avoid solvents, bleach and ammonia; use the Guardsman Leather Care Kit for stubborn marks.
Avoid sun & heat
Keep the suite away from prolonged direct sun and heat sources — sun bleaches leather and heat dries it out, both leading to cracking over time.
Condition every 6–12 months
Work the Guardsman Leather Care Kit conditioner over the seating surfaces to feed the hide and keep it supple. Don't use a ProGuard kit — that's chemistry for synthetic leathers.
