The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The freestanding stand is included, so there's no ceiling fixing or structural anchor point required — position it anywhere with a level surface, from balconies and patios to garden decks and covered outdoor areas. Available in White with a Light Grey cushion.
1.2mm Powder-Coated Steel Frame
A heavy-gauge steel stand and hanging frame with a powder-coat finish — rust-resistant and built to support the chair under regular outdoor use.
PE Wicker Shell
High-quality polyethylene wicker woven over the steel frame — weather-resistant, UV-stable, and more durable outdoors than natural rattan.
Olefin Fabric Cushion
Seat cushion upholstered in Olefin fabric — UV-resistant, water-repellent, and fade-resistant for outdoor conditions year-round.

Care & storage
PE wicker shell
Wipe down the PE wicker with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Rinse and allow to air dry — avoid abrasive brushes or harsh chemical cleaners. It doesn't need seasonal sealing or oiling.
Seat cushion
Spot clean the Olefin cushion with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry fully before use or storage. Olefin is water-resistant, not waterproof.
Frame & fittings
Periodically check all bolts, joints, and the hanging chain or spring for tightness. Tighten any loose fittings before use.
Extended storage
Bring the cushion indoors for extended non-use. The PE wicker shell and steel frame can stay outdoors but benefit from a breathable cover in heavy weather.
