Guardsman Fabric Lounge Care with 5 Year Warranty (5–8 Seats) combines a complete fabric cleaning and protection kit with a five-year product warranty sized for lounges of 5 to 8 seats. It gives you both the tools to maintain your fabric lounge and a warranty to fall back on if accidental stains or damage occur. The kit covers everyday spill treatment, deep stain removal, and fabric protection — and the warranty covers accidental staining and physical damage, subject to the conditions outlined in the included booklet.

Aerosol spray that creates an invisible barrier on fabric upholstery, repelling liquids and helping prevent permanent stains.

250ml gentle formula for everyday spills and surface stains — safe for routine use on all fabric upholstered lounges.
Fabric Cleaner Level 2
125ml high-strength formula for tackling stubborn or set-in stains that the Level 1 cleaner is unable to fully lift.

1. Apply on Delivery
Apply the Fabric Protector spray to your lounge immediately after it is delivered — this is a requirement for the warranty to remain valid.
2. Treat Spills Promptly
For everyday spills, blot the area straight away and use Fabric Cleaner Level 1. Spills are significantly easier to remove when treated quickly.
3. Use Level 2 for Stubborn Stains
For marks that Level 1 doesn't fully lift, apply Fabric Cleaner Level 2 using the soft applicator cloth, working from the outside of the stain inward.

The Guardsman Fabric Lounge Care with 5 Year Warranty is a self-application cleaning and protection kit that also includes a five-year product warranty for fabric upholstered lounges. The kit contains a Fabric Protector aerosol spray, 250ml of Fabric Cleaner Level 1, 125ml of Fabric Cleaner Level 2, and a soft applicator cloth. The Fabric Protector must be applied to the lounge immediately upon delivery to activate warranty eligibility.
The 5 Year Product Warranty covers accidental staining — including food, drinks, and human and pet bodily fluids — as well as accidental physical damage such as rips, tears, cuts, and burns. The warranty applies to domestic use in Australia and New Zealand only, and is available to the original purchaser of furniture that was received in a stain-free and undamaged condition. This variant is suited to fabric lounges of 5 to 8 seats, and is a practical addition when purchasing a new large fabric lounge and wanting both the tools for routine maintenance and the added reassurance of warranty coverage. For smaller lounges of 2 to 4 seats, the 2–4 seat variant is available separately. Both are stocked in store at A2Z Furniture — Rocklea, Sandgate, Bundall (Gold Coast), North Ipswich, and Beenleigh.

Pick Up.
You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.
If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.
Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.
If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

If products are delayed, our sales team will tell you when they contact you.
You must provide your own transportation materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings) for Pick Up purchases. We don't provide them.
Delivery.
The cost of delivery is determined by the item and distance. To check the delivery charge, enter your details at checkout. If you have questions about delivery to distant locations, our sales team can help. Contact them before or after your online order.

- If no one is available at the delivery address and time, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and extra charges may apply.

- The delivery charge is non-refundable, so ask us any questions before ordering.

Our free local delivery service is built around our Rocklea warehouse and supports homes across the wider Brisbane metro area. If you live within 10 km of Rocklea (measured via Google Maps), your order may qualify automatically at checkout.
Outside the 10 km zone? We still deliver throughout South-East Queensland and beyond at competitive freight rates. Contact our team for a tailored quote on your postcode.

We keep things straightforward so there are no surprises on the day. Here's exactly what to expect when your order qualifies for free local delivery:
Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.
How Free Local Delivery Works
Free Local Delivery Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.
- Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
- Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
- Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
- The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
- The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
- The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.

If you'd rather collect your order yourself, free pickup is available from our Rocklea warehouse by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 with your order confirmation and photo ID ready. For credit card payments, the cardholder must be present at pickup. You'll need to bring your own straps, ropes and protective coverings to safely transport your furniture.
