The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Caring for high-gloss MDF, glass and rose gold trim
Clean the glass top
Wipe the black tempered glass top with a soft microfibre cloth. For smudges, spray a non-abrasive glass cleaner onto the cloth first — never directly onto the glass.
Polish the gloss body
The high-gloss black finish shows fingerprints and dust easily — wipe down weekly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Skip paper towels and abrasive scourers, which can leave fine scratches.
Care for the rose gold trim
Wipe the rose gold trim along the rounded corners and drawer pulls with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemical sprays and abrasive cleaners, which can dull the metallic finish.
Wipe spills promptly
Clean up spills as soon as they happen with a slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. MDF can swell or stain if moisture is left to soak in.
