The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Vacuum weekly
Vacuum the fabric weekly with the upholstery attachment to lift dust before it works into the weave. Pay attention to seat seams and back seam lines.
Spot-clean spills promptly
Blot spills immediately with a clean white microfibre cloth — never rub. Test any cleaner on a hidden area first. A Guardsman Fabric Care Kit handles tougher marks.
Keep out of direct sun
Position away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, especially under Queensland's strong UV, and away from heaters and air-conditioner vents.
