Overview
A 2 metre two-tier entertainment unit built for a statement wall
The Delta Entertainment Unit (Grey & Black) is a 2 metre two-tier media console built around a deliberate light/dark contrast — a high-gloss cream-grey lacquered body sits below a dark tempered glass top, with a contrasting dark horizontal band running between the two tiers to anchor the palette together. Three drawers span the lower tier, separated by slim vertical metallic trim strips, concealing generous storage for consoles, soundbars and the media clutter you would rather not see. At 2 metres wide it is the flagship of the Delta range, built for a large screen and a properly styled entertainment wall rather than a quiet corner unit.
Suits a TV up to 80″
At 200 cm wide there is room for an 80″ screen with clearance at each end, so the unit still frames the television rather than disappearing behind it.
Three-drawer concealed storage
Three drawers across the lower tier hide consoles, gaming accessories, cables and media essentials behind a clean, uninterrupted front.
Two-tier contrast build
A dark horizontal band separates the upper glass-topped tier from the lower cabinet tier, breaking up the 2 metre span with genuine architectural detail.
Flat-packed to your door
Ships in one carton and needs assembling with a screwdriver and rubber mallet — or add our assembly service at checkout.
Will your TV fit?
Sizing your television to a 200 cm unit
The usual guidance is to leave around 20 cm of unit wider than the television — roughly 10 cm each side — so the screen looks balanced and the feet or pedestal sit safely on the top rather than near the edge. On a 200 cm unit that puts the comfortable ceiling at about an 80″ screen.

The Delta’s fit: at 200 cm wide, comfortably suits a TV up to 80″, rated to approximately 30 kg.
- Recommended maximum
- A television up to 80″
- Top surface
- 200 cm wide × 40 cm deep
- Weight guideline
- Up to approx. 30 kg on the top
- Height to screen
- Top sits 42 cm off the floor
These are guidelines, not tested specifications. A larger screen can still work if it is lighter than the weight guideline and its feet or pedestal sit fully within the 200 × 40 cm top — measure the distance between your television’s feet before ordering, as this varies a lot between brands. Whichever limit is lower is the one that applies, and a wall-mounted television removes the question entirely. Always secure your television with an anchor device.
Check the unit’s own footprint too, not just the width. Check the leg spacing and overall footprint of this unit against your television’s own specification sheet before ordering, especially if your television has an unusually wide or off-centre pedestal stand. Storage layout
Three drawers across the lower tier
The lower tier runs three drawers across the front, separated by slim vertical metallic trim strips that add architectural detail rather than a flat, uniform front. Inside the drawers sits generous concealed storage for soundbars, gaming consoles, controllers, chargers and the bulkier media gear that does not belong on display, while the upper glass-topped tier stays clear for the television, a console or styling.

Safety
Anchor the television — it matters
Entertainment units are covered by Australia’s mandatory toppling-furniture information standard at any height, because a television is heavy, top-sitting and tempting for a child to pull on. Anchoring hardware is inexpensive, sold at any hardware store, and takes only minutes to fit.
- ALWAYS secure your television with an anchor device.
- NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.

Caring for the tempered glass top and lacquered body
Clean the glass top
Wipe the dark tempered glass top with a soft microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. For smudges, spray a non-abrasive glass cleaner onto the cloth first — never directly onto the glass.
Dust the lacquered body
Wipe the high-gloss grey body and drawer fronts with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths or harsh cleaners that can scratch the lacquered finish — micro-scratches show readily on glossy surfaces.
Avoid direct heat & sharp edges
Do not place hot items directly on the glass — use a coaster or trivet, and take care around the glass edges, which can be sharp if chipped. Prolonged heat exposure can stress the glass and mark the lacquer beneath.
Care for the metallic trim
Wipe the vertical trim strips between the drawers with a dry, soft cloth to keep the metallic finish looking crisp. Avoid abrasive cleaners or wet cloths that can strip the finish over time.

Delivery & pickup
Two ways to get it home
Delivery cost is calculated by item and distance — enter your details in the estimator above, or at checkout. We offer free local delivery to eligible addresses within ~10 km of our Rocklea warehouse; terms and conditions apply. The single 205 × 45 × 25 cm carton is long but manageable, so it handles stairs and tight hallways far better than an assembled unit.
Collect free from our Rocklea distribution warehouse by appointment. There is one flat carton, 205 cm long, which lies flat in most car boots or across folded back seats. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. For full terms, see our Pickup & Delivery Terms.
The Delta Entertainment Unit is covered by a 12-month warranty — see our Warranty Policy. Change-of-mind returns are accepted under our Return Policy; full conditions apply. Please check the carton before assembly begins.

FAQ
Common questions
As a guideline, a television up to 80″. The unit is 200 cm wide and the usual advice is to leave about 20 cm more unit than television, so the screen looks balanced and the feet sit safely within the top. Remember that screen size is measured diagonally, not by width. A larger screen can still work if it is lighter than the 30 kg weight guideline and its feet sit fully within the 200 × 40 cm surface — measure the span between your television’s feet first, as it varies a lot by brand, and check it against this unit’s own footprint and leg spacing too. These are guidelines rather than tested specifications.
Around 30 kg spread across the top, as a conservative guideline for its tempered-glass construction. For context, most 65″ to 80″ televisions weigh well under 30 kg. Keep the load spread rather than concentrated at one edge, and always secure the television to the wall with an anchor device.
Yes — it arrives flat-packed in one carton and needs assembling. You will need a screwdriver and a rubber mallet, and an electric drill makes it faster. Instructions and fixings are in the box, and the instruction manual is available as a PDF. If you would rather not build it, you can add our assembly service in the cart above.
Your television does. Entertainment units of any height are covered by Australia’s mandatory toppling-furniture information standard: children have died from furniture tipover, so always secure your television with an anchor device, and never allow children to stand, climb or hang on drawers, doors or shelves. Anchor kits are inexpensive and sold at any hardware store — our showroom team can point you to a suitable one.
Generous concealed storage across the lower tier — enough for consoles, soundbars, controllers, chargers and other media gear you would rather not have on display. The specification sheet for this model does not list internal shelf measurements or weight capacities; if a particular device has to fit, call us on 07 3161 5415 and our showroom team will measure the actual unit for you.
Yes. The Delta Coffee Table and Delta 8-Seat Dining Table are both available in the same Grey & Black finish, and the Delta Bar Cart shares the same 3-tier glass styling — see “Complete the set” above. The same range is also available in a Black & Gold colourway if you prefer a warmer contrast.
Full details
Delta Entertainment Unit Grey & Black — full product details
The Delta Entertainment Unit is a 2 metre two-tier media console finished in a contemporary Grey & Black palette, measuring 200 cm long, 40 cm deep and 42 cm high. The upper section pairs a dark tempered glass top with a high-gloss cream-grey lacquered base — tempered glass is heat-treated for strength and gives the top a smooth, easy-clean surface for consoles, soundbars and decor. A dark horizontal contrast band runs between the upper and lower tiers, anchoring the two-tone palette and breaking up what could otherwise be a single uninterrupted block. The lower tier runs three drawers across the front, separated by slim vertical metallic trim strips that bring architectural detail rather than a flat, uniform front.
At 200 cm wide, the unit comfortably carries a television up to 80″ as a guideline, leaving roughly 10 cm of clearance at each end so the screen looks balanced on the top rather than overhanging it, and the top is rated to approximately 30 kg. Both figures are guidelines rather than tested specifications, and whichever is the lower limit is the one to work to — measure the span between your television’s feet before ordering, since pedestal and foot spacing varies widely between brands. Inside the three drawers sits generous concealed storage for gaming consoles, controllers, chargers and the bulkier media gear that does not belong on display. Entertainment units of any height fall under Australia’s mandatory toppling-furniture information standard, so always secure your television with an anchor device.
The Delta Entertainment Unit arrives flat-packed in one carton measuring 205 × 45 × 25 cm. Assembly needs a screwdriver and a rubber mallet, with an electric drill recommended, and an assembly service can be added in the cart if you would rather not build it yourself. Images are for illustration only and the actual product might be slightly different — we highly recommend you visit the store before the purchase.
