The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Care instructions
Dust regularly
Wipe the leather with a soft, dry microfibre cloth weekly to keep dust off, and vacuum the seams and creases with the upholstery attachment.
Spot-clean spills promptly
Blot spills immediately with a clean white microfibre cloth — never rub. Avoid harsh solvents, alcohol, ammonia and bleach, all of which strip the natural oils from genuine leather.
Avoid sunlight & heat
Keep the chair out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources like fireplaces and heaters — both can dry out genuine leather and cause fading or cracking.
Condition regularly
Use the Guardsman Leather Care Kit every 6–12 months to clean and condition the leather. Do not use the ProGuard Care Kit — that's for PU leather only.
