Free local delivery is available on qualifying orders within 10 km of our Rocklea warehouse. This covers most Greater Brisbane postcodes including the inner suburbs, southern suburbs, and parts of the western and northern corridors. Prefer to collect? Free pickup is available from our distribution warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, by appointment. Bring a ute, trailer or van. Open 7 days a week. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange.
Click and collect
Free click and collect from our Rocklea showroom is the fastest option — in-stock items are typically ready within a few hours of order placement, since our distribution warehouse is on the same site. Click and collect from any of our other 4 showrooms (Sandgate, Bundall, North Ipswich, Beenleigh) is available on request — your order is transferred from Rocklea, usually within 2 to 5 business days. Call the relevant showroom after placing your order to arrange.
Assembly service
Most A2Z Furniture is designed for straightforward DIY assembly with all instructions and hardware included — typically 30 to 60 minutes per piece. If you'd rather not, our paid assembly service is available on most Brisbane metro deliveries. See assembly terms.
How to pay and what's covered
Payment options
We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Buy now, pay later options include Afterpay (4 interest-free fortnightly payments), Zip, Humm, and Latitude Interest Free. We also offer layby with a 25% deposit and up to 90 days to pay — useful for larger purchases.
Warranty
All A2Z Furniture products come with a minimum 12-month warranty as standard, with longer terms on selected categories like mattresses. Returns and exchanges
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for refund or exchange on undamaged items in original packaging, with a 20% restocking fee applying after that period. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and clearance and floor stock items are sold as-is. Full returns policy here.
