Firmness and how you sleep

Bonnell and pocket-spring mattresses move air through the bed and sleep cooler, which matters in a Queensland summer. Whatever the base, keep the mattress on a supportive, evenly-spaced surface; sagging support is the fastest way to shorten the life of a good mattress and it is the most common reason a warranty claim gets knocked back.

We hold our own stock at our Rocklea warehouse in Brisbane, so what shows as in stock is stock we can move. Because the frame and the mattress travel together, a package is one delivery run rather than two separate waits.
- Free local delivery on eligible items to addresses within 10 km of our Rocklea warehouse (measured via Google Maps). Where the address and the product both qualify, it is applied automatically at checkout. Full terms.
- Outside the 10 km zone we deliver across South-East Queensland and beyond at competitive freight rates — enter your address in the estimator on any package page for a quote on your postcode.
- Free local delivery is for outright payments only. Orders placed on a payment plan or Layby are quoted freight at the normal rate.
- What delivery includes — eligible orders are dispatched from Rocklea, typically within 3 to 7 working days depending on stock. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only; the driver does not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them.
