The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Care instructions
Vacuum regularly
Use a soft brush attachment on low suction to lift dust from seams and cushion folds — about once a week keeps the texture looking its best.
Spot clean promptly
Blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth. For tougher marks, use a Guardsman Fabric Care Kit. Keep liquids away from the charging dock and speaker vents.
Avoid harsh cleaners
Keep bleach, solvent sprays and abrasive cloths away from the fabric — they break down fibres and can alter the colour.
Apply fabric protector
Treat the upholstery with a Guardsman Fabric Protector Spray after delivery, then refresh every 6–12 months.
