If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Neither piece reclines; instead each seat has its own adjustable headrest — two independently adjustable headrests on the 3 Seater, and a multi-position headrest on each seat of the 2 Seater. Both pieces sit on splayed, tapered timber legs for a slim, stationary silhouette with no bulky recline mechanism.

Care instructions
Dust regularly
Wipe the leather over with a soft, dry microfibre cloth every week or two across both pieces. Skip rough cloths, paper towels, and abrasive sponges — anything textured can mark the finish.
Spot-clean spills promptly
Blot, never rub, with a clean white microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, bleach, and ammonia-based cleaners. Use the Guardsman Leather Care Kit cleaner for stubborn marks.
Avoid sunlight & heat
Position both pieces away from prolonged direct sun and heat sources — Queensland's UV can dry leather and dull the colour, especially on Anthracite.
Condition every 6–12 months
Work the Guardsman Leather Care Kit conditioner over both pieces every six to twelve months. Do not use the ProGuard Care Kit — that's for synthetic leather.
