The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Osaka 3-Seater Couch with Chaise brings deep, relaxed seating into your living room — soft chenille upholstery, wide cushioned arms and generous back cushions, with an extended chaise for stretching out. It comes with six scatter cushions, so the finished look is there from day one. Choose your colour (Beige or Dark Grey) and your chaise side (left- or right-hand) at checkout, and it arrives configured to suit your room.
Wide, deep seats
Generous seat depth gives you room to lounge fully or curl up sideways with your feet up — a sofa you sink into rather than perch on.
Plush cushions
Soft, padded back and seat cushions over a webbing and zig-zag spring base give relaxed everyday support that holds its shape.
Left or right chaise
Pick the chaise orientation that suits your floor plan when you order. The side is fixed once built, so it can't be reversed after delivery — measure first.

Vacuum regularly
Use a soft brush attachment to lift dust and loose fibres from the chenille surface and seat crevices — about once a week keeps the texture looking its best.
Spot clean promptly
Blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth. For tougher marks, use a Guardsman Fabric Care Kit and always test on a hidden area first.
Avoid harsh cleaners
Keep bleach, solvent-based cleaners and abrasive cloths away from the fabric — they break down the fibres and can alter the colour.
Apply fabric protector
Treat the upholstery with a Guardsman Fabric Protector Spray after delivery to help repel everyday spills and surface soiling.

Delivery is free within roughly 10 km of our Rocklea warehouse; a freight cost calculated by distance applies further out.
