The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Care & storage
Polyester cushions
Spot clean with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry fully before use or storage. Do not machine wash.
Aluminium frame & table
Wipe down with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool that may scratch or wear the powder-coat finish.
Rain & moisture
The aluminium frame can remain outdoors year-round. Allow cushions to dry fully after rain before stacking or covering.
Extended storage
Store cushions indoors or under a breathable furniture cover during extended non-use periods.
