The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Bliss Manual 3+2 Light Grey Recliner Package bundles the Bliss 3 Seater Recliner Lounge with the matching Bliss 2 Seater Recliner Lounge in Light Grey microfibre — a coordinated 5-seat suite delivered as a single purchase, guaranteed to match because both pieces come from the same fabric batch. Four of the five seats recline via a multi-position manual pull-handle mechanism — both seats on the 2 Seater and the two end seats on the 3 Seater — adjusting from upright to partially reclined or fully extended; the 3 Seater's middle seat is fixed. Both pieces ship flat-packed for tool-free home assembly.

Manual pull-handle recline

Vacuum regularly
Use a soft brush attachment weekly to lift dust and crumbs from cushions, seams, and the recliner mechanisms on both pieces.
Spot clean promptly
Blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Use the Guardsman Fabric Care Kit for deeper marks.
Avoid harsh cleaners
Keep bleach, solvent sprays and abrasive cloths away from the fabric — they break down fibres and can alter the colour.
Apply fabric protector
