Pick Up
You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea warehouse, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.
If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.
Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.
If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.
Our warehouse is open:
- Mon to Fri: 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM
- Sat: 9.30 AM to 3.30 PM
- Sun and Public Holiday: 10.30 AM to 2.30 PM
Choose Pick Up when ordering online, and we'll do the rest. If you want to pick up from our other store, contact us.
If products are delayed, our sales team will tell you when they contact you.
Note that you must provide your own transportation materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings) for Pick Up purchases. We don't provide them.
Delivery
The cost of delivery is determined by the item and distance. To check the delivery charge, enter your details at checkout. If you have questions about delivery to distant locations, our sales team can help. Contact them before or after your online order.
Delivery options depend on availability, your location, and item availability. Call your nearest store to learn more about delivery options.
Please note:
- Delivery is to ground level/front garage only. Extra charges apply for bringing items inside. See Assembly Terms and Conditions for details.
- If delivery is to an upstairs area, tell the store to get a quote.
- For credit card payments, the cardholder must be present with photo ID to verify details.
- If no one is available at the delivery address and time, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and extra charges may apply.
- Ensure that the furniture can be delivered through appropriate access.
- The delivery/assembly charge is non-refundable, so ask us any questions before ordering.
Assembly
The assembly fee is determined by the complexity of the product and the work required. This assembly service is available for ground-floor locations only and does not apply to apartments or rooms situated upstairs.
Please note that the assembly service does not include the removal or disposal of packaging materials.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff will not be liable for any accidental damage to the customer's property during the process of bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery pathway is clear, accessible, and free of obstacles. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear or adjust the pathway.
To assess whether the assembly service can be performed safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request additional information from the customer, including photos or videos explaining the layout of the property.
If the product cannot be delivered or assembled in the intended location due to insufficient space, delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. In such cases, any assembly fees already paid will be refunded to the customer.
