The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Jericho is a solid Acacia platform bed finished in an off-white and brown dual-tone that brings the Hamptons look to the bedroom. It's a platform bed — slat base with a wooden middle support bar and wooden legs, no box spring — available in Queen and King, and part of the richest coordinated bedroom range in our Hamptons collection.

Slat base, no box spring
The wooden slat base with centre support bar holds the mattress directly — no box spring or extra foundation needed. Works with foam, hybrid and spring mattresses.
Slat base & mattress support
Slat base included — suited to spring mattresses, and supports most foam and hybrid mattresses too. If you're matching a specific foam or hybrid mattress, check the slat spacing with our team before ordering, since some foam-mattress warranties require gaps under ~7.5 cm.

Total height = slat height + your mattress depth. Ships flat-packed in 4 boxes — the headboard panel is packed on its side, so the cartons run narrow and tall rather than the usual flat, wide shape; measure your access route and check the boxes fit your vehicle for pickup. A screwdriver is needed (electric drill recommended); two people recommended. Slat gap is not confirmed on our spec sheet — contact our team to check compatibility with your mattress and warranty. Measurements are taken by hand and can vary slightly between shipments.

Cartons clear a standard ~80 cm doorway even when the assembled piece is large. Still worth measuring for the bigger sizes.
🧭Room clearance
Allow 60–75 cm around the piece to move comfortably; remember the frame footprint runs a few cm larger than the mattress.
📐Total height
Total height = base + your mattress, so a tall base plus a deep mattress can sit high — worth checking for getting in and out.
🚙Pickup vehicle
For free Rocklea pickup, a flat-pack fits most cars, but an assembled or oversized item needs a van, ute or trailer.

Care instructions
Dust regularly
Use a soft dry cloth weekly to remove dust from the timber surfaces — particularly the headboard panel and side rails.
Wipe with a damp cloth
For deeper cleaning, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh detergents or solvents that can strip the dual-tone finish.
Keep out of direct sun
Sustained UV can fade the dual-tone Acacia finish and dry the timber. Place the bed away from direct afternoon sunlight where possible.
Tighten bolts quarterly
Like all flat-packed beds, the bolts can work slightly loose over months of use. A quick quarterly check and tighten keeps the frame feeling solid.
