FAQ's
Faux leather is a synthetic material designed to replicate the look and feel of real leather. Our faux leather sofas are made from:
• PU Leather (Polyurethane Leather): A soft, flexible, and durable material that closely mimics genuine leather while being easier to maintain.
• Air Leather: A breathable version of PU leather designed to offer better airflow, making it more comfortable and less prone to heat buildup.
• CU Leather (Composite Leather): A combination of polyurethane and microfiber backing, offering enhanced strength and a smooth, premium texture.
These materials provide the look and comfort of leather at a more affordable price while remaining easy to clean and maintain.
Simply wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbing. Regular wiping helps maintain its texture and prolongs its lifespan.
Modern PU faux leather is designed to be more breathable than older materials. While all leather-like materials can feel warmer in hot weather, quality faux leather remains comfortable with normal indoor temperatures.
Faux leather sofas have improved UV resistance compared to the past. Keeping the sofa away from direct sunlight will greatly help maintain the colour.
Faux leather is easier to clean than fabric and doesn’t trap pet hair. However, sharp claws may still cause scratches. Using a throw or pet-friendly cover is recommended if pets frequently jump on the sofa.
Most faux leather sofas are very easy to assemble. In most designs, the backrests simply slide and lock into place, which usually takes just a few minutes.
However, certain models may require a drill to secure the legs during setup. All necessary instructions are provided, and our delivery team can assist with assembly if needed.
We offer a 12 months warranty on our corner leather lounges otherwise specified. The warranty period may vary depending on the specific model. Please refer to the warranty policy page on our website or contact us for details.
